    In most cases your house will have permitted development rights however it is always worth checking. If you live in an article 4 area then permitted development rights will have been removed and planning permission will be necessary. Please contact your local planning department for more info.

    Yes if planning permission is needed we can work with you to supply you drawings needed.

    Yes we supply one oil filled radiator that come on a timer to ensure your building remains warm all year round.


    Our garden room range is our highest spec range – built upto 30sqm, fully insulated and built to the highest standards, typically taking around 2 weeks to install.

    The garden pod range are effectively small garden rooms with a PVC and glass frontage that come in 3 sizes, 2.4m x 2.4m, 2.4m x 3m, 3m x 3m. This range has been built to offer the average person that works from home an adequate space that is warm and comfortable all year round whilst still allowing a lot of natural light.

    Our garden cabin range is our entry level garden rooms but don’t let that fool you. Our log cabins are installed within a few days onsite and can be on a supply only basis or supply and install. Optional extras include insulation for an extra warm log cabin.

    In short….. No. our garden rooms are made to last meaning it would not be practical to move our buildings once built.

    Absolutely!!! At Custom Garden rooms we do not shy away from a challenge.

    Once quote has been submitted and you are happy with plans we will supply you with a payment schedule, start date and a contract.

    On our garden room range we cover all electrics, the only extra would be the hook up to the main house which can be quoted for prior to our start date.

    Our garden room range come with ground screws, all professionally fitted and guaranteed.

    If you require use as a habitable room then this will require planning permission and building regs.

    Yes simply let us know at design stage and we can plan accordingly.

    Although we do not install the toilets ourselves we are happy to work with a plumber to ensure there is an allowance for services.

    Absolutely! All our garden rooms are very well insulated and all come with an electric heater.

    In most cases, our standard garden buildings upto 30sq metres do not require planning permission as they are built to apply with permitted development rights.
