We do what we say we’re
going to do – we never make
promises we won’t keep.
We’re much more than our experience, but it’s
that which gives our customers peace of mind.

"I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. They have just completed my physio clinic and it is superb, finished to a very high standard."

In most cases, our standard garden room buildings (up to 30sq metres) don’t require planning permission as they are built to comply with permitted development rights. However, any room that is deemed ‘habitable’, such as bedrooms, do require planning permission and building regulations. Get in touch with us if you have any queries about your proposed garden room or annexe.
Put simply, a garden annexe is a ‘habitable room’ meaning it contains living accommodation. Due to this, planning permission will need to be obtained and building regulations approval will also be required, but don’t worry – we can help with all this. The construction of the building is also modified to adhere to all of the above.
Absolutely! Our garden rooms are designed for year-round use, are well insulated and come with an electric heater to keep you warm on those chilly days!
Absolutely – we’re called Custom Garden Rooms for a reason! Rarely are two garden rooms we build the same. We’ll create a garden room that’s completely bespoke to you, your needs and the space in which it’s intended for.
