Plastering package
Whilst our standard internal walls come finished in a durable and low maintenance white finish, you can also choose to have your pod plaster boarded and plastered.
Slatted internal wall cladding
Looking to create the Wow factor? With plenty of colour choices, why not look at our slatted panel walls? Can be used as a feature or in greater quantities to provide excellent acoustic properties.
Air conditioning
Stay alert and keep the heat at bay in the summer months with one of our fully fitted Air conditioning units.
External slatted a panel

Do I need planning permission?
Planning permission is not required for a garden room (in most cases), but planning permission is needed for a garden annex. This is because an annex is a room that’s 'habitable'—for example, includes bedrooms or a bathroom, etc. We recommend customers check their home permitted development rights first; Custom Garden Rooms are on hand to help if needed.

Our modular panels are made using the highest quality quadcore technology. This consists of an insulated sandwich panel with hardwearing and durable finishes on both internal and external faces. Perfect for those looking for a low maintenance garden pod. Our roof, wall, floor panels achieve a U-value rating of 0.18. These high insulation values ensure that all our pods work equally as well in the summer as they do in the winter. With a life expectancy of over 40 years and a 10 year structural guarantee, The Pod is truly are a great investment.
Stunning design
It’s one thing having a great performing building, but we believe all garden rooms should have a “wow” factor! The devil is in the detail and final finishes such as powder coated aluminium fascia boards/trims, cedar cladding, cedar vertical louvres, composite decking boards, double glazing, UPVC sliding doors and a choice of laminate floors.
