Our modular panels are made using the highest quality quadcore technology. This consists of an insulated sandwich panel with hardwearing and durable finishes on both internal and external faces. Perfect for those looking for a low maintenance garden room. Our roof, wall, floor panels achieve a U-value rating of 0.18. These high insulation values ensure that all our pods work equally aswell in the summer as they do in the winter. With a life expectancy of over 40 years and a 10 year structural guarantee, Custom Garden Pods truly are a great investment.
It’s one thing having a great performing building, but we believe all garden rooms should have a “wow” factor! The devil is in the detail and final finishes such as powder coated aluminium fascia boards/trims, cedar cladding, cedar vertical louvres, composite decking boards, double glazing, UPVC sliding doors and a choice of laminate floors.

Even if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, we also offer a bespoke pod service. Planning permission is not required for a garden room (in most cases), but planning permission is needed for a garden annexe. This is because an annexe is a room that’s ‘habitable’ – for example, includes bedrooms, a bathroom, etc. We recommend customers check they have permitted development rights first, Custom Garden Rooms are on hand to help if needed.
Typically, our custom outdoor living spaces are completed between 6 and 12 weeks. If you need something a little different or we think there will be any issues with your build which will affect this lead time, we will let you know ahead of your project starting.
