Custom Garden Rooms did an incredible job for us creating an individual and stylish office at the bottom of our garden. The finish is excellent – they were professional, tidy and considerate I highly recommend them. Also, excellent value for money and the end result is 1st class. We totally love what they have built for us and super quick installation. Alex and Kate, Sunbury-on-Thames
The devil’s in the details: Designing a garden room office Using our Symmetry design style, the garden room office was designed with the use of 3m bi-fold doors to allow for easy access whilst also inviting in masses of natural daylight. Cedar cladding and a galvanised steel base was used for the main structure of the custom cedar garden room. To finish, we installed integrated blinds for privacy and sun shielding, vinyl click flooring and we also provided an upgrade on the insulation – this keeps the room cool on hot days and warm on the colder days.
Built for multiple uses. One of the main benefits of investing in a custom garden room is the fantastic flexibility and versatility they offer. Whether you’re looking for a space to chill-out in, a place for the kids to get creative and play (and relieve you of some noise pollution in your main home!) or maybe you need a dedicated space for work or your at-home business? No matter your requirements, we can make your ideas come to life. For all clients, we listen to their needs and ideas for how the room will be used, and design a space that fits their style and wants perfectly. Need something that provides a more habitable space? We also provide custom garden annexes which can be designed and built with integrated kitchen, bathroom and bedroom/s. Learn more about our annexes and get in touch to discuss your plans.
The result. Installation of this cedar custom room was carried out during very challenging weather conditions. Prior to our arrival, it has been snowing for 3 days and the temperature had dipped as low as -5. At Custom Garden Rooms we love a challenge, so we put our thermals on, wrapped up warm and cracked on with the build, managing to get all walls and the roof on in just a days work. This meant we were now protected from the worst of the weather. Thankfully the weather eased and we managed to complete the garden room in just 9 working days.
